1. Why would a customer want to see the status of their vehicle during the repair process?
Customers will always have questions... "When will my car be ready?" "What is the status of my car?" When you tell your customers about your website and how they can track the repair of their vehicle online. Your customers will say "WOW!" Your shop is now open 24 hours a day! 4. What additional features come with this system?
Here at Vehixtracker.com, we are custom website developers. We develop your site to meet your specific needs. We offer many variations to your site. We offer a company info page, with key personnel profiles. We offer a shop tour page, with body shop, paint shop, and office tour pages. We offer a contact / location page with a map and directions to your location. Website statistics package - track the number of visitors to your site, when they're visting... etc. We will custom develop the entire site to your specifications.

5. How do all the vehicles get into the system?
Once the Vehixtracker™ system is up and running live on your website, the employee who handles customers will login to the "Management" section of the website. The Management section of the VehixTracker™ system, functions just like a Excel Spreadsheet, with columns and rows. Every customer record entered is stored in a customer database on your webserver. This Dynamic Internet Spreadsheet will seamlessly interface or completely replace any existing customer data entry methods. (i.e. Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word using tables).

6. How do I know how many people visit my website?
If you decide to host you website through us, you will be able to view your website statistics online at (www.yourwebsite.com/stats). Your website statistics will show the average number of hits per day and number of hits by the hour... plus alot more. This enables you to see that customers are visiting your 'shop' long after you have closed for the day.

7. Do you offer search engine optimization?
No... Search engine optimization is not necessary for your online presence. Why would you want a customer 2,000 miles away looking at your site? We target only your customer base. Which means your customers and their friends and relatives, all looking at their vehicle on your web site.

8. Who designs and develops the website?
Vehixtracker.com will handle the complete website design, development and database maintenance including modifications to the look and layout of your site. Your only job is to view the site and give us your approval!

9. What if I already have a website, can the system be added to my current website?
Yes!... We can add the Vehixtracker™ system to most web sites. We would check your existing site to see if it is compatible with the VehixTracker™ system. Our prices are so reasonable that most shops with a current web site consider having the whole site redone. This enables them to reap all the benefits of the entire VehixTracker™ system.

10. Do you offer training and support on the system?
Yes. We come to your shop and train you on the Vehixtracker™ system. Training is simple, concise and for the most part self-explanatory. Training is not complete until your personnel are comfortable and efficient using the VehixTracker™ system.

11. How long does it take to get the system up and running?
The average startup time is two weeks. After you sign on, we start designing your custom web site and work hard to have you up and running within two weeks.

12. How do I get started?
First, complete the Contact Form and submit it. This will get the ball rolling, and a Vehixtracker.com Sales Rep will contact you right away. Or for those of you who are itchin' to get this thing going, you can just contact a Vehixtracker.com agent and we will come to your shop and go over the Vehixtracker™ system in detail. No expenses are incurred until you have viewed your site at a test location and have given the approval. Next we will offer you domain names and hosting plans to choose from (if you have not already secured them). We will then bill you for the web design fee. Next, your key personnel will recieve training on the Vehixtracker™ system. When the training is complete you are ready to "Go Live".  At this time, you will setup the payment of the automatic weekly maintenance fee, and that's it.
