Vehixtracker.com was launched in early 2004. The company's goal is to provide body shops with a superior customer service tool, that substantially benefits both the shop and the customers simultaneously.

Ryan Hart, designed and developed the Vehixtracker™ system after recognizing the need and value of such a system in the auto body shop market segment. Thus, he designed a system that meets the needs of both customer and body shop at the same time, enabling the customer to track the repair status of their vehicle online, and allowing the shop to reap the benfits of reduced incoming status-related calls, increased word of mouth referrals, and boosted customer satisfaction.

Realizing that the rigorous fast-paced body shop schedule does not allow for extra work by key personnel, Ryan designed the Vehixtracker™ system to transition seamlessly into the majority of body shops, with no excess procedures or steps, completely replacing older methods of vehicle management.
